!!! Dear guests, in accordance with the amendments to the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Crimea dated October 22, 2021 No. 263-U "On Amendments to the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Crimea dated March 17, 2020 No. 63-U":
From October 25, 2021, we accept guests over 18 years old if there are:
- certificate (or QR code) of vaccination against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19,
- or a certificate (or QR code) about the disease COVID-19 (valid for 6 months after recovery).
Upon presentation of one of these documents, the provision of a negative PCR test is NOT REQUIRED.
- for persons with contraindications to vaccination –a medical document confirming the presence of medical contraindications, certified by the attending physician and the head (deputy head) of the medical organization and a negative result of a PCR test for the presence of the causative agent of coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2, received no later than 72 hours.
In one integral architectural complex there are two accommodation facilities, one of which is the "Pomegranate Estate", occupying the right wing of the building (Building A) and the lower building (Building B).
This luxurious location with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains creates conditions for private elite living and recreation away from noisy roads surrounded by wonderful Crimean nature. Our complex is located in the center of the resort life of the city of Alushta.
The embankment from the "Pomegranate Estate" can be reached in 7 minutes, within walking distance: shops, cafes, dining room, Water Park and much more.
The estate has comfortable rooms, a cozy recreation area with panoramic views, where guests can not only eat, but also spend their leisure time (board games, pleasant conversations).
The estate has a closed territory with a Jacuzzi, a garden house with a barbecue, a gazebo and a quality bed on the plot. The interior of the rooms is designed in the style of the best European houses.
The price of the room includes accommodation, breakfast, use of the SPA area (with the exception of the hydro-massage pool), a relaxation area from which guests can admire the sea view. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed every three days.
